Based in Braidwood, we offer functional full-body movement programs incorporating strength and cardio-endurance training, and Pilates in private and small group settings.

Our programs are individually tailored to help clients develop intuitive and sustainable training practices and achieve a strong, lean and toned physique. Clients enjoy the holistic benefits of transforming their physique through conscious movement that challenges the mind and body.

The Gesamt. method is designed by Gemma Nicholas-Brennan, who has been working with clients on various aspects of their health and fitness since 2002. A focus on helping people understand their unique body and implement intuitive movement strategies that suit their lifestyle and enhance overall wellbeing underpins the Gesamt. method.

Gemma is a qualified Pilates instructor, group fitness coach and personal trainer with a strong belief that diversity and consistency in our movement is the key to achieving strong results and positive ageing.
